Chelsea have been knocked out of the Champions League at the last-16 stage for the second consecutive year by French side Paris St-Germain.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic crossed for Adrien Rabiot to slot home in the second leg as PSG went 3-1 up on aggregate.

The home side regrouped and pulled one back after a smart Diego Costa finish.

Blues duo Willian and Eden Hazard had shots saved before Ibrahimovic side-footed in an Angel di Maria cross to secure PSG's progress.
