See the state of a busy road in Rivers capital Port Harcourt today

These pictures of the road linking Elelenwo to Oil Mill bus stop in Port Harcourt, Rivers State were taken during a rainfall today.

Terrible, terrible.


Update:
The information I'm receiving from a resident of the area suggests that the said road is under construction as work is on-going and proceeding from the Akpajo axis of the road. The contract is being handled by Julius Berger according to what my source told me.
