25-year-old model Harnaam Kaur has polycystic ovary syndrome, a rare condition which makes her grow a lot of facial hair more than most guys (something something Somtoo Okoye. See my embarrassing photo down there). She has an Instagram account (@harnaamkaur) which she updates frequently with about 60k fans following her.

This lady beats out own hairy queen Queen Okafor hands down and she is perhaps the prettiest lady with a substantial amount of hair on her face.
